"I think they're a fraud"
I think they're a fraud. I bought Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019, downloaded it, and set it up, but I couldn't get the product to open.

"Upgraded from Windows 10 Home to Pro..."
I bought an upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro. They sent me a product key that doesn’t work. This business is a total scam, and honestly, the government ought to step in! There’s no chance of getting a refund.

I got 10 keys for MS Office 2016 Pro, and they’re all no good. They’re already in use or activated.
